1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within **Ireland** (including Northern Ireland) and the **EU**. For international orders outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- Standard Shipping (Ireland): 2–4 business days – €4.95 (Free on orders over €50)
- Express Shipping (Ireland):1–2 business days – €7.95
- EU Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days – from €9.95 (calculated at checkout)

4. Order Tracking
A tracking link will be provided via email once your order ships.

5. Customs & Import Charges (for non-EU orders)
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees that may apply upon delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
