To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in new condition, unused, and with its original packaging and tags. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you choose to exchange the item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
